From the 1st phone call to the same day collection of my daughter’s first car Gary has been fantastic to deal with. Totally honest throughout the sale. I would definitely recommend High Peak Cars to anyone looking for a car. Give Gary a call.

We bought a VW Up from Gary at High Peak Cars. We had a great experience and he is clearly very knowledgeable. The car itself perfectly fits our needs and was a very good price. Gary was attentive to what we wanted from a car. As an example, we live in the Peak District and so are concerned with how a small car like an Up would handle the hills. Gary explained the reasons why it could, and when he delivered the car to our door (two days later and free of charge) he reported on how it performed on the hills on the way to us. We are very happy to recommend High Peak Cars.

I’ve recently purchased a car from High Peak Cars and the service was impeccable. Gary was very up front about with the car but got it fixed before selling the car for no extra charge. The customer service I experienced was wonderful and nothing felt like too much of an ask. The car itself is in mint condition and runs very well and was an excellent price.

Had a great experience with High Peak Cars from initial enquiry to handover. Gary made the process as simple for me as possible. He has great communication, is friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly sorted out a date for me to view and test drive the car, and even delivered my car for no additional fee as I was nervous as a new driver/first car. He’s also assured me that if I have any issues I can contact him. Couldn’t recommend High Peak Cars enough!

I bought a lovely 2012 automatic Toyota Yaris from High Peak Cars and it was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! The car runs like a dream and starts first time, every time. Gary is an old school, genuine, true and honest gentleman, very rare to find these days. No pushy sales tactics, answered all my questions, took us for a test drive and let me take my time looking it over and making a decision. All on an Easter Monday! Nothing was too much trouble. He takes great pride in the vehicles he sells and I can see why. He followed up with a message to see how everything was going with the car and I mentioned I was going to get the gas for the air-con done and straight away without any hesitation he offered to pay for it. I genuinely can’t sing his praises enough! If you are hesitating to buy a car from High Peak Cars then don’t, I promise you will not regret it 😃

We purchased a VW from High Peak Cars. The vehicle was as described on the advert with associated paperwork, service record etc. We were able to test drive the car, about 45 mins, although we could have gone on for longer if we had chosen to. It was a “no pressure” experience where we felt relaxed and comfortable. We collected the car at the agreed time and have had no issues so far (couple of days at time of writing). Gary (owner/salesman) seems a decent chap and I’d look to High Peak Cars again should I need another vehicle in the future.

Outstanding from start to finish. Gary is a really nice guy who was a pleasure to deal with. The car was exactly as described. Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle (and I’ve bought a lot over the years!). Highly recommended.
